2. Order sample books and/or product brochures
3. Take orders and collect money from customers (Linda will you take individual credit cards or just one payment? If you only allow one payment, then customers who would want to use a credit card might not order. To keep the price point down and the program simple, I think you need to only allow one payment from the organization. Net 30 or a credit/debit card or check or money order from the organization.)
4. Calculate the number of books that have been ordered and send $7/book to Six.... with totals.
5. Receive the books and distribute them to your customers.
